Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data Zelandium collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website and the Zelandium services are operated by Zelandium LLP("Zelandium", "we", "us"). We provide a managed e-commerce platform, custom online stores, cloud hosting, maintenance and digital marketing services. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to share with us:

  • Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, store or brand name, selected plan and your message.
  • Careers form: name, email address, phone number, portfolio link, resume file and the introduction you write.
  • WhatsApp, email and phone: your contact details and the content of the conversation.
  • Client services: business and billing details needed to set up, host and support your store or run your marketing campaigns.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes or consultations.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.
  • To deliver, host, maintain and support the services you buy from us.
  • To send invoices, service updates and important notices about your account.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Data in client stores

When we host or manage an online store for a client, the store's customer and order data belongs to that client. We process it only on the client's instructions to provide hosting, backups, security and support. The client is responsible for the privacy policy shown to its own customers.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business:

  • Form delivery: Web3Forms, which forwards enquiry and careers submissions to our inbox.
  • Website and store hosting: our cloud infrastructure providers.
  • Communication: email and WhatsApp providers used to talk to you.
  • Advertising platforms: Google and Meta, only when you engage us to run campaigns on your behalf.

We may also disclose data where required by law or a lawful request from authorities.

6. Cookies

This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client.
  • Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months, unless you join Zelandium.
  • Client and billing records: as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls and regular backups to protect data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
  • Ask us to correct, update or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent you have given us.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights.
  • Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
